El concierto de la semana.

Esta semana que termina, la pasé afuera.  Podría entenderse que en plan de vacaciones la pasé, como se lo hice entender a Jimena, pero el asunto no fue estrictamente vacacional, fue más laboral y de capacitación.  En muchos años, no había pasado más de tres días seguidos en Bogotá.  En otros textos, narraré los detalles de esa salida importante, el primer viaje a la capital después de mi cumpleaños.

Lo que si quiero destacar hoy, son las canciones que descubrí y me acompañaron varias veces durante mis recorridos hacia la capacitación en la cual debía hacer presencia.  Aquí están, ¡disfrútenlas!:

Paul Mazzolini, conocido en el mundo musical como Gazebo, es un artista italiano nacido en Beirut (Líbano) el 18 de Febrero de 1960.  Esta canción que comparto a continuación es su mayor éxito, siendo a su vez una pieza representativa del llamado "italo disco".

Si les digo Tim Bergling, ustedes no reconocerían con facilidad, pero si les digo Avicii, darían en el punto y con toda.  Este joven DJ sueco, ha conseguido fama en todo el mundo por su trabajo musical.

Y supongo que ustedes se acuerdan de los "Soggy Bottom Boys".  Pues bien, Dan Tyminski pone su voz para este grupo ficticio en "I am a Man of Constant Sorrow".  En Octubre pasado, el mundo reconoció nuevamente su grandiosa voz en esta señora canción en conjunto con Avicii, dándole una nueva dimensión a la música tradicional de los Estados Unidos.

Rowan Jones, conocido como Route 94, es un DJ británico especialista en deep house.  Esta canción, interpretada en conjunto con la también británica Jess Glynne, es su primer sencillo y ha cautivado la atención de los fanáticos de este estilo electrónico en el mundo.  Conocí esta canción escuchando La X regresando a Funza, créanme que es muy pegajosa.
